How medicines use review can improve patient safety and treatment outcomes
Our new event called “Reducing medication harm through medicines use reviews: Pharmacists at the frontline” will examine medicines use review (MUR) and its importance in reducing medicines-related harm to patients. The event will include examples of the implementation of MUR services in different practice settings around the world, and the clinical and economic evidence supporting its implementation will be discussed. This session will conclude with the presentation of the FIP toolkit on MUR, launched in December 2020. Join us on 12 April at 13:00 CEST. Register here.
